do you think not going to the information sessions has any negative impact on your application? i have work that coincides w the time as well as class

It seems like last year’s major acceptance dates were Oct 16th, Nov 21st, Dec 19th, and Jan 17th—according to cycle track.

I think this means that sometime within a week, we should hear more acceptances! Hopefully before Thanksgiving! That is if they use a similar schedule this year

does any current UTSW student have any insight on when the next round of PM offers goes out😭

i was hoping for today but a semblance of certainty would do me a lot of good to not be perpetually nervous

we do not, hoping for the best that it's soon though
 
I’m in the same boat! It sucks to wait. Let’s be patient until the end of the day though. It seems like they've emailed close to 4:45 CST in the past.

If I had to guess, maybe tomorrow or next week monday. I would assume it’d be before thanksgiving 🤞🏽

Do we think it will be today or tomorrow? Last year was the Tuesday of thanksgiving week. Could be the same this year.
 
OOS A email received 3:24 EST!! I interviewed 10/5. They are offering me in-state tuition plus a scholarship which I will get exact info about in the next few days! I really love this school but the political situation in Texas makes me think that I won’t be able to get a complete medical education there in the next few years… does anyone have any advice or know anything encouraging that might help me make a decision?

How is Texas any different or worse than the other Southern states where you have admissions offers?
Choose the one you feel best about.

Kinda feel this as half my application activity is “illegal” in Texas but it’s just four years, it’s all of America this time not just Texas, and Dallas itself is supposed to be pretty dope

If you are an activist of sorts or work in women’s health, Texas probably needs you more than other states

hi! congrats on the As! i was just wondering what time you received these As today? Wanted to gauge whether they are sending As throughout the day or all of them have been sent out already 🙂
 
does anyone know when the next set of A’s is usually sent out after this wave?

Correct, not binding

To everyone else, emails have typically been all at once. Calls usually take the whole day.

I imagine sometime next month will have the next wave. We get to do what we’ve already been doing and keep waiting!
