I think this is what it said on their website is that their "secondary fee" is only applied if you interview.

They have been doing their acceptance calls on Wednesdays, my guess is either tomorrow or next Wednesday you will hear back. It will be a phone call so keep your ringer on. Best of luck!

Very conversational and personal with some general questions sprinkled in. Overall good experience.
