They are pretty open to update letters, plan something to say that you haven't said already in your apps and keep it short

Based on what I recall last year. Most folks are put on hold at some point and then each month they send a few more II and reject more. Some folks will be on hold into the new year and might finally get an R or II

Does anyone know how often decision are sent out post-ii? I know it says up to 8 weeks (interviewed 4-5 weeks ago), but based on Admit and Cycletrack it doesn't look like they've sent anything out since October 15th.
