I felt motivated and went and looked at the wwedding thread. So apparently I’m pretty good at reading barks as a wolf? Those are the only two games she’s been a wolf that I’ve played. And she did the same thing both times. I’m keeping my barks vote because I’m feeling a lot of deja vu right now.

Good lord everyone, sorry for trying to get discussion moving by placing a tentative serious vote. I’m not saying I know she’s a wolf based on heaps of evidence, and I have no idea how you would have gotten that from my post. I said there was little to go off of, no strong pings from what little there was, and mkg was the closest to wolf lean based off the weak pings there were. C h i l l.

Hey I didn’t say that I was default village reading MKG. Far from it actually. Several of us just thought it was weird that you were seemingly confident in your read of her even though she had barely said anything. I know you’re drawing parallels to MKG’s posts in the noob game right now, but it seemed odd and stuck out to me. I would chill tho, no need to borrow AM’s whip right now

I think that's stretching the reasoning a bit. There's a difference between not giving someone a default village read (aka putting them in neutrals) and saying their tone matches their wolf play.

And maybe you did get pinged that fast on mkg, it happens. But I don't think misrepresenting why people are voting for you is going to help your case.

Sure, but I said I wasn’t confident in it (because there were few posts, because I historically have misread her, and because there’s ofc a large overlap in people’s tone as village and wolf) and that it was the strongest of all my very, very weak/absent reads on people. So is the reason for voting me that I didn’t have any strong wolf leans well before EOD1 at 5-6 pages of thread? Because that’s at least a lame of a reason to vote me as my reason for voting mkg.

I don't think I've seen wolf!Vis do this kind of AtE and kinda flailing and overexaggerating before though. Hmm.

Sorry, thought it was asking about the interactions Z has had this game. Cubs futzing around with mechanics straight off the bat, not bothering to check into thread and strategize to make sure his usage looked either villagey or helped wolves while being actually secret… it feels more village since I think a wolf would want to ensure those before doing something visible (visible by omission) that could be seen as trying to be sneaky and shady.

I think it's more of an issue of people not seeing enough posts from mkg to reasonably get any kind of read on, or to compare to other games.

Of course I have been known to make snap reads off of single posts (and get sus for it :heckyeah: ) so I'm still kind of ruminating on it.
