Pretty sure it was a mass email because I’m still waiting for an invite or denial lol
I believe they do interviews up until February. I interviewed in November

Does anyone know if LMU requires us to send in our fall transcripts now? If not does anyone know when they would be due?
Yes, they are requesting fall transcripts. I received an email from Holly on Friday saying they are due on Jan. 31st & that they could be sent electronically or regular mail. And that they should be sent directly through your college to be considered official.

Not to get anyone’s hopes up but I received an interview invite on 12/23 and the only interview date they had scheduled at the time was 01/20/20. (Yes my interview is on Monday and I’m nervous!!!) They may do another interview date in February though because in the email it said the 20th of January was the only interview date set at this time, not that it would be the last one. Hope that helps! (P.S. did anyone interview at the time they set up or did you guys actually have to go through all of the rotations before your interview? I ask because I’m not sure I will be able to stay the entire time. I have a flight back Monday afternoon and work on Tuesday. Ugh.)

They gave a presentation before the interviews. Then there was a tour & Q & A panel.

The same thing happened to me when they emailed me for invite. They had one Day/time available. Get there a little early and then you don’t have to stay for the tour if you can’t. It’s beautiful, but focus more on your interview than the extras good luck!
They only sent out 50 early acceptances in December, with the rest going out late February/March if they’re doing the same thing as last year 🙂

One of my friends just interviewed on Monday, and she says she was told they'll start sending them out on the 30th of this month, then throughout February.

I’m not certain if they are or not. I had my interview on the 20th and all they said Was that they were interviewing about 800 applicants this year. Hopefully they’ll be sending out more for you guys!

ME TOO! I’ve been waiting since September and have lost 98% of my sanity. From what I have read on here, looks like you get the email 1st, then they send you your acceptance package by mail.Anyone know if they also send acceptances via email or just through mail? I keep checking my emails and mailbox constantly, I’m going crazy!
This process is making me insane lol. I am praying to get into LMU!! It would be a dream. Good luck to you, it’s a good sign you were invited to an interview that early on in the process!! You must have a very competitive application!

I heard that most LMU applicants don’t get notified about acceptance until late February, early March. They send out about 50 early acceptances in December. They have in the past had one last round of interviews during the first weekend of February, but I have no idea if the same will happen this year. When I interviewed they said they were interviewing about 500 to 600 total ending in January. Someone else said they were told about 700, now 800??? I don’t think anyone has the exact number. I guess it comes down to how many they’ve interviewed so far. Guess you’ll know in the next 2 weeks. Good luck.

It’s honestly crazy how many people they’re interviewing. Doesn’t really give you a big advantage even if you do interview. I interviewed in September and crunching the numbers, if they interview 800 people, you got a 16% shot while if they interview 500, you got a 26% chance. Not really that high for those of us who interviewed in my opinion.

You just need to remember that they do over accept. For 115 seats they will send out about 175-200 offers, as many applicants may choose their in state or another school altogether, especially if it’s one with a on site hospital so that you don’t need to relocate for your clinical year, so the odds are a little higher. I don’t think they’re near 800 interviews. From what I’ve heard from someone who’s involved in the admissions process they have interviewed approximately 125 applicants per interview weekend, and they have had 5 so far. So unless they do one in February they are at about 600.

I lived in Harrogate for a year and have been through this process a few years ago so let me know if anyone has any questions!! Can’t wait to meet the rest of the c/o 2024!!

Just got an interview invite. Third year applying. I did the masters program last year
It will most likely be the week before the start of classes. So classes start August 10. Orientation will be the whole week before that, starting Monday the 3rd. Holly said the details are still being finalized, but that’s how it’s been in years past

Likely declining but haven’t officially done it yet. Dragging my feet because I really loved the school!!

In the email we received from Holly, she said interviews were anticipated to extend until March 2020. Im really Hoping because I haven’t received an interview invite. I’m stressing!!

Do they send out rejections by April 15 as well? Basically, will all this waiting end by April 15, either way?
Yes, April 15th is the latest they can tell us. If they are extending interviews into March, then I would think that's when rejections/waitlists go out too. The waiting is driving me nuts too!

For previous years from current students, I was told they start sending out acceptances, rejections and waitlists the very end of February/beginning of March finishing up by Mid March. They just sent out invites for February interviews last week but I’ve never heard of them going into March with interviews, but things change from year to year, so you never know. They were thinking of interviewing around 700-800 this cycle/125 interviewees per session and they had 5 sessions already before last week’s invites. That’s what I’ve heard.
