Well folks, I just called the admissions office and asked if they expected any wl movement today--she said no and confirmed it was the last day. (Class starts on Monday). Oh well. =(

Time to get Step 1 Review materials. We'll all get a second chance at admission in four years for residency.

i still had some hope, but not a lot. I need to buy warm winter clothes!

Doesn't seem like they had a lot of waitlist movement this year.

I was on the hold list so I knew I had a very slim chance of getting in, but I had a sliver of hope.

UCLA essentially rejected me 3 times this cycle...They rejected me post-secondary. I then got an interview 2 months later. They put me on hold post-interview, which is basically a rejection, but still gives you that tiny hope that it's not totally over and then today, it's officially over. 🙁

So, anyone else get a letter from UCLA yesterday?

I didn't even bother opening it, just tore it up and trashed it. They really insist on rubbing it in, I guess. 🙄
