I know of a few people who have been rejected today, so apparently something is happening.
 
Is this for real? Is it really not going to happen today?

Remedy, have you heard of more than one rejection today?

I've heard of 2, but both were out of state. Idk if that means anything.
 
Any further word? This is getting very stressful very fast.

I'm pretty sure it's taken much longer than this in previous years. I'm surprised USA released their waitlist so soon.

AAMC sent the same email last year. We all thought that April 1st was the day last year as well, but the list didn't come out until April 6th. Hold on, not too much longer.

I also was surprised by USA releasing their list so early, especially before UAB.
 
I don't know any other websites other than this to find updates about the list

haha yeah, ive prob checked it three or four times since I woke up...I really hope they tell us something TODAY:xf:

I've been thinking about this all day! I was in the lab doing research and totally fubarred one of my experiments... damnit UAB.

I'm no stranger to that! Something that may be of note (or may not matter at all--who knows), last year the alternate list came out on a Tuesday (and I believe it did the year before as well). Three years in a row? I sure hope so.

Haha, sorry, but we will all probably be pretty OCD about it until the results come out.

Has anyone checked their Secondary Application status? They might update information on that first and then send emails out. #impatientsonofbiscuiteatingbulldog.
 
Yes I checked the secondary application page but there's nothing updated.

Lower third for the 2nd year in a row, I think I'm going to vomit. Congrats to everyone with upper and middle.

Last year I was in the lower third. This just made my decision very difficult. I had more or less given up on UAB, and now I don't know what to do. 😳
 
I guess I'll start the list for the waitlist 😎. Congrats to everyone! Any idea what the middle tier might mean? 50-50?

Congrats Ditto! I came on this thread just to see where you were. I got the dreaded OOS rejection last week but since we interviewed at several of the same schools, I wanted to hear your outcome.
 
Do you guys think the upper third is a reasonably safe place to be in terms of ultimately gaining acceptance?
 
👍 UAB. Good predictions about UAB showing up today! Upper third. Hopefully we'll see some movement over the next month.
