For those that will be interviewing at Cincy....in my opinion, the best preparation for the MMI is simply remaining calm and eliminating those stress jitters than can clog your thinking. No prior intensive studying of healthcare ethics or policies would have helped me in the various interview situations. Following your gut instinct when confronted with a scenario to consider, sticking to your guns, and thinking clearly is the only advice one needs. Don't worry, it's not that bad, and the interviewers are humans, not robots. They're even capable of smiling and small talk! Thank god for that. The MMI might have been, dare I say, intellectually stimulating and enjoyable.
