I have a question regarding AMCAS. When applying to the WARM program on AMCAS, would i choose the Regular MD or special programs button?

Choose the Special Programs option. I know this is the 2012 WARM admissions guide, but I doubt that it changes from year to year and it has a lot of good info.

I understand that the waitlist letter said that no further updates would be accepted for our files, but is there anything we can do to at least let the committee know that we remain interested in UW? It just seems remarkably passive to do nothing but wait, hoping for the best, while other schools are still accepting updates to one's file. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you are on the wait list, then you have a specific rank number. There is no reason to update them because it isn't going to change your rank.
