I also saw in last years threads that some people were still asking about scholarships information in March. Also, does anyone know when they start to send out scholarship offers?

I hope soon I interviewed in the 10/16 group It is the wait that kill you brahdo we know when the next wave of acceptances will be?
Here I am from the 11/6 group thinking it’s coming soon… you’re stronger than I am hahaI hope soon I interviewed in the 10/16 group It is the wait that kill you brah
my interviewer barely responded after my answers, and they even explicitly said, "I just need to get through this set of standardized questions first." They were very nice and positively responded, but no more than a one-sentence response before moving on to the next question. but when it got to the part where I asked my own questions, it was more loose, conversational, and they had much more room to talk. The standardized part took maybe 20ish minutes, and then the rest of the time was just spent talking, sharing laughs, etc... we even went over by 15 minutes! i think it was the questions that I had asked that helped because they got to talk a lot more about themselves, the Madison area, and their perspective on medicineHave most people had a good experience with the one on one interview? I’ve heard some say it’s not great/standard questions with barely any response and others say it’s very conversational and not bad at all
I had a very pleasant interview! It was conversational for the first half and then the "required questions" for the second half.Have most people had a good experience with the one on one interview? wahhh during my interview wrap up session (11/8), adcoms said we’d hear back around mid december. but ~some~ people might get pushed to mid january if they don’t get through everyone’s app because of the holidaysI heard the next round of admission decisions would be mid to late January.

sorry about the WL :/ for admitted students they told us that we have to narrow to hold max 3 acceptances by april 15, and can commit to enroll starting april 30. early april is also when admitted students day is (which most ppl will use to judge the vibes if they want to continue holding their spot). i bet waitlist movement will start happening between admitted students day thru the 15th but probably not a lot before then? Was waitlisted yesterday post interview from UW :/ anyone have any insight on the waitlist process? In the email they said they said would send acceptances as positions become available, but then they say the ranked list only gets sent out in May. Does that mean we won’t know if we have a shot of getting in before May? Or is there a possibility we could get an acceptance at some point before that?
Thanks y’all and good luck to everyone xoxo
if you mean a thank you letter to my interviewer after the II, i kinda did.. Basically i emailed the admissions office asking them if they will be giving us our interviewers' email addresses and they said no, but they can pass along a message to them if I wanted to. So i wrote a quick thank you for them to pass along to the Dr. who spoke with me. Never got a confirmation if they got it or not.Congrats!!! Did you send thank you letter?
They said it will be around the 8 week markAnyone know when the group who interviewed 12/16-12/20 gets their decisions?

I recall they mentioned a 6-8 week turnaround time.People who interviewed early/mid December, did they say we were going to be reviewed and notified in Feb? I thought I remembered that from somewhere but wasn’t sure if they mentioned it in the Q&A
