yeah I sure hope so, otherwise I would have tried a lot harder to move my date up lol. I got my invite back in November, and people who got theirs 5+ weeks after me interviewed before me somehow. we'll see how it plays out, but no point wondering what if.
 
anyone know if a pre-decision letter of intent might do anything hear? it's obviously my #1, but I'm not sure that a PRE-decision letter is very common or acceptable.

I would expect it to hold a lot more weight post-interview. There really is not much of an incentive to send it before your interview.
 
On the flip side, you don't have an interview yet so you're not going to hurt your chances if you have any good updates. I got an interview there earlier in the cycle a couple of weeks after a notable update.

No he has been invited for an interview.
 
Literally cannot wait...at least it is 6 AM not 6 PM so I can find out decision in private

Well in past years when the 15th fell on a Sunday people still found out that day. I hope it's not snail mail I don't want to wait that long!
 
I had the weirdest dream that I got a postcard in the mail from Einstein that said I was accepted with $246,000 scholarship and it was so real I even went back to sleep after waking up just to make it come back true.

Haha I dreamt that I got a post interview email asking for more info. They wanted to know what I could have improved on in my interview and what mountain I liked climbing the most?! And no... I don't climb mountains haha. This wait is making us all loco!

I had a dream too! In my dream, I got an ambiguous email that could have either meant that I had been rejected or that I had been accepted. Either way, in my dream I understood it to mean I had been accepted and ugh how disappointing it was when I woke up, even though all the signs that it was a dream were there in that dream. It was such a ridiculous dream.

My dream was that there were about 400 of us in an auditorium and someone from the office (Mary?) was like, ok everybody, now you are everyone that we interviewed in Group 1 (i.e. before Feb), we have these envelopes that contain your decisions and we will now randomly distribute them and we thought it would be a fun activity to find the person who has your envelop. Basically madness ensued. I was just about to get on the podium and try to come up with a system where we distribute them systematically whilist trying not to piss of the Admissions people. Then my friend from college who lives on LI now casually walked by the window outside the auditorium and was just like "sup".

Oh yeah, then afterwards when I got my letter in the envelop it was basically all non-secutur, I remember one sentence was literally "the crust of your trust trusts...", anyway, it said congratulations like 16 times front and back but it never said I was accepted or not lol.

I cannot believe how many of us had dreams about this haha
 
I've had dreams about getting into this school since before I even finished the pre-reqs lol. needless to say we all need to go focus on some wings and football and let destiny do it's thing!
 
Lol I had a dream where we all could check if we got in by searching our [email protected] (which doesn't even make sense) on their online directory... And if the email address came up on the search, you would take it to mean that you were admitted.
 
i was thinking maybe they forgot the 0 after the 1, and decisions were gonna come out the 10th
 

Future applicant here whose been following a bazillion threads. I can only imagine how you guys feel!

Perhaps the delay is them counting out our $246,000 scholarships and prepping our mountain climbing post-acceptance questionnaires
