Im confused, when you guys say II, isn't that a secondary? Or interview? 😵
II= INTERVIEW INVITE
i wish they would use a different abbreviation. it just looks like the roman numeral 2 >_<.

Anyone else been complete since 7/1 with no status update? I have been under review ever since. and with all of these II coming out, makes one anxious 🙁
Havent been on this thread in a while. But wow congrats to all that got II's!!!! That's awesome and this early on in the cycle too!
I may sound very uninformed with my presumptions but I do have a question: Since it looks like GW sends out secondaries even though you haven't been verified yet.. In my case I submitted 6/8, but didnt get all the transcripts in by 7/1 🙁 and AMCAS is still reviewing people who have been verified 6/22 and I have yet to take my mcat on 7/25, should I still add GWU to my primary app already so that I **may** have a chance of even getting a secondary? Just being cautiously optimistic on my score but at the same time don't want to submit a secondary too late either.

Has anyone gotten rejected yet? Seems like everyone gets an interview or put on hold.
I second this. I thought I was in review for the longest time but when I relogged it updated my status. On hold as well

Logged out and logged back in again and my status finally changed to "on hold." Submitted June 30th
Color me confused. So GWU just sent me an email saying I should seriously consider applying there and they saw my interests through medmar. But I sent the secondary to them on 7/2

Submitted 6/29, no status change. Do you think it's bad to have not been placed on hold?
Same situation.... my only guess is that our priority rating (or however they do it) is lower so they are reviewing our applications later.
Just a guess though
For "significant achievement outside the classroom", would putting an achievement related to teaching/tutoring count?
I used something very similar for that question (a tutoring accomplishment I'm proud of).

When did you submit and, if applicable, when were you put on hold?

My first II! Complete 7/1/14, OOS 3.8x/32. Last time I checked my status three days ago, I wasn't on hold (it just said they've received my app or something along those lines?)

first ii!!! 3.6/28 here's some hope for the underdogs out there. also when I checked my status it never said i was on hold. just said something like i was complete

did you submit first day possible?
submitted primary june 6th..took mcat june 5th and got score back july 8th. was complete july 15-ish, don't remember exactly

Any other 7/1 completions with no status change. This is discouraging lol,rather they just reject me rght away than wait
