Drowning in the small pool.
Admitted students page has been updated with a link and instructions.Has anyone gotten an invite to the "OASIS Pre-Matriculation checklist" yet? If so, did you get the invite via the email you gave AMCAS or your UVM email account? When should we get access to OASIS?

I'm in Boston too, do you need me to bring you a life-jacket/beer?
Is that a serious offer?
They said at the interview yesterday that they were super behind. They were planning on meeting every week for the next 5 weeks.seems like it's been quiet on the post-interview decision front
Rejected pre-interview invite, via portal, today as well. Ah well. Ditto on the "at least I'm not drowning anymore" sentiment.
Just received news that I'll be receiving a full ride here through both private scholarships and federal funding. Couldn't be happier.
Wow! Is that need based, or VT resident, or really early accepted with awesome stats? Or all of the above? Congrats!!
I am a VT resident but that did not apply. Part of it is related to being a wounded veteran/Marine/purple heart recipient, the rest was merit based.Wow! Is that need based, or VT resident, or really early accepted with awesome stats? Or all of the above? Congrats!!

I had a few schools give me the silent boot pre-II. Maybe 4?After reading this, I checked the portal and it turns out they'd silently rejected me pre-II today. Haha what are the chances?
UVM and Oregon H&S are the only 2 med schools I applied to that did pre-II silent rejections.

I think your service is merit enough. You should be paid to go to school. Thank you for giving so selflessly!I am a VT resident but that did not apply. Part of it is related to being a wounded veteran/Marine/purple heart recipient, the rest was merit based.
Same here!!! I feel like my application was never looked at which is annoying. Oh wellSo my application portal has been stuck on "under preliminary review" for like 5 months now. I emailed the office of admissions asking if there was a problem since I submitted in late July (this was not the first time I had asked for an update on the issue) and they finally answered me with a rejection. However, it wasn't a formal rejection email, just the office staff member replying to me and my portal still says "under preliminary review"!!! At this point, I honestly think they lost my application/never reviewed it and being so late in the season they marked me as rejected instead of even looking at it, which is really sad because I would have LOVED to interview here and have been tirelessly keeping them updated the past few months. All I can say is I'm frustrated by the situation, not so much the rejection, but I wish you all well and good luck if you're still in the running!

That is so awesome. I love hearing stories about people receiving aid who deserve it! Congrats!!
Thank you for your service

Anyone know the status for the interviewees from the February 7 date? Tried calling today - no one picked up...
I feel like we were forgotten, lol. Pretty sure the office said we'd hear back the beginning of March.
Meep.
decisions for february 7 interviewees is up
emails too
I would have expected more commotion if this is indeed true. anyone?
Their last interview was last week. If you didn't interview I think it's safe to consider it a silent rejection.is vermont sending out any more IIs?
Been sitting on silence since july lol. sent an update letter about a month ago.
Would like to know as well...Has anyone heard back post interview who intervened on febuary 12th? They told us the end of March right?
Well that last group of people on this thread that were accepted seemed to be accepted on a Thursday (2/18) so maybe tomorrow??? The anxiety is killing me.
Ahh see I can't even read a calendar right I'm so anxious!!!2/18 was a Wednesday, hence why I thought today. idk at this point, I will prob call after April 1st if not by then. I loved this school and am hoping for the best
