Accepted!!!! OOS, interviewed 10/31. Super excited...I absolutely loved this school!
Sorry if this has been gone over before, I'm not sure if I'm looking at the correct page of the portal.. it seems like there's no decision anywhere (complete in mid august) - Anyone know if the message below indicates they haven't reviewed me yet?:
"Your supplemental application has been received. Please note that it may take 6-8 weeks for all materials to be processed; at certain times of the year, it may take as many as 10-12 weeks. You should continue to periodically check on the status of your file through the Online Applicant Center. We appreciate your patience!"
Thanks xxabi! UVM, please don't forget about us.That's what I've had since mid September also. I think it just means we're in the running still (or they forgot about us 🙁 )
Sometime in AugustSorry to hear that. When were you complete?
+1. Never small pooled. Complete in august. Last day on this thread. My portal status changed form "6-8 weeks" today to "officially rejected", no email or anything. Never even got small pooled.
When did you interview?? I was Nov. 14th and they said we would not here until after the holidays :/Wow. Just got accepted! Flow of emotions: 😴 ->(receives email notification on phone) 😱-> (Looks at email w/o contacts)--->(realize that a. I'm not dreaming and b. I got my first acceptance)
. I'm rooting for the rest of you that are still waiting and also ecstatic to join the UVM class of 2020!

Oh my goodness... finally under preliminary review. Submitted mid-August sooo 18 weeks later? Yay!
Same as of today, might've been 19 or 20 weeks for me though. Anyone know if there's still a chance for an II? Portal says 6-8 weeks for the review... I feel like factoring in the holidays that would put me at the very end of interview season if there are any spots left at all.Oh my goodness... finally under preliminary review. Congrats to all those accepted! I've been wondering if update letters about activities and fall semester grades are accepted? I've been looking around and can't find any information explicitly saying they can or cannot be sent. Considering there's a "contact admissions" tab in the applicant center, I'd assume they are accepted, but I'm completely sure.
Question for the group: I was recently put on hold over questions about required coursework (after months of sitting at the "your application has been received" status). After emailing the admissions office, indicating that I planned to take organic chemistry lab in the spring or summer semester, they immediately moved me into the small pool. (I inadvertently did not put that I was planning on taking organic chemistry lab in my AMCAS primary app, instead tacking it on to one of my secondary app essays, which is where the confusion likely came in). This incident has me wondering if this mix-up might be holding me back at other schools. Has anyone else made a similar mistake with their application? Would people recommend a simple email or a phone call to schools to clarify my situation and intentions?

Still haven't even been looked at and I submitted late August. No small pool, no preliminary review complete, just silence.
Do you see this on the online applicant center? Mine just says secondary application complete.I was complete 8/13 and got moved to "under preliminary review" on 12/21.

As of now, there are only three more interview dates.
I am sorry that this process is slow and frustrating, at times, but they are doing their best with the volume of applicants. That's crazy considering how many of us (including myself) were placed under preliminary review just before the Christmas break...! If we haven't been placed in the small pool yet, is it pretty much over?
Finally under preliminary review. Complete mid-September.
Also submitted late August and nothing over here either! Its me and my UVM secondary's 19 week anniversary this Friday and I plan on celebrating with a dramatic sigh and a single tear.Complete late August and still being processed. Should I call. II's can be non linear I get that, but processing applications should be linear.
