I feel your pain. I interviewed on 10/21 and I literally just got the hold today!! Hang in there.

Thanks. I just know some people who said they were interviewed after me got holds just now. So, I guess here's my data point. If no hold when everyone else gets hold, then...?

No, it's just a continued hold- not a denial

I guess we have to wait till the end of tomorrow to find out whether we get in or not. If nothing tomorrow, we still have to wait for the other 2 acceptance dates before we can say it's a denial for sure. The waiting game continues...

Were you placed on a post interview hold before that?

Yes, however, I NEVER received any e-mail for a post-interview survey or a post-interview status change to a hold. I had to manually check the portal to take the survey and check my status.

So, based on the fact that a couple people have had confirmed acceptances without portal updates yet...I think I'm just gonna stay away from this place and stay away from the VCU portal until tomorrow night. Chances are the portal won't update until 6:00 or whenever tomorrow, and if I don't let things rest until then I'm going to drive myself crazy refreshing for updates.

Highly doubt everyone that gets accepted will do so via phone call. Try and remain calm 🙂 This cycle has taught me to be a master of Zen at this point

I just called VCU again (I limit myself to twice a month haha) and the woman agreed that my application had been checked out for an extended period of time, and let me know she'd send along an email to the adcoms notifying them of this. So that's cool!
