Actually still haven't received my letter yet my Roomate was a dick and said I got NFA lol
I'm sure you will get your letter on Monday. And hey, an NFA is is just one step away from an acceptance for many.

Do we know the dates of the future meetings? Are there regular meetings still or just advocacy meetings?
still no letter :/
NFA'd today. Interviewed 3/20
Hey you were in my interview group. Feels like it's been a year already.
Haha I know, the fact that they let you know by snail-mail is somehow more agonizing, even though two weeks isn't a very long time to wait.

Indeed. I wish my patience grew with my need for it. How was your experience there? Everyone seemed to either have very short or long interviews that day. Didn't get to share experiences much afterwards.
Unfortunately for those of us who interviewed around Feb 15, it's more like 5 weeks..![]()
I had a really good day there! I loved the tour and the students and the admissions staff. Yeah one of my interviews was 10 minutes, the other was 20, and then my last one was 40 minutes so there was a wide range haha. I think the admissions staff who gave the 10 minute interview really had to get to work or something, he didn't interview anyone for more than 15 minutes. What about you?
I walked out feeling very happy with how it went! My interviews were similar. The first was at least 30, second around 20, and my last was roughly 10 minutes or maybe less. Was your 10 minute interview with an interventional cardio? By the time I made it outside afterwards, he was already pulling out of the parking garage haha.
Anyone know when we can expect to hear about FAFSA loans?
Andddddd NFA'd.. #boo
YesDoes anyone remember what they said about May meetings? If I remember correctly, they have a meeting in early May to make a ranked waitlist and then they start pulling from that list once the double hold date passes?
May 1stWhen is the double hold date this year?
Feeling like this cycle is going to slip outta my hands for some reason... hope y'all are staying strong(er) than me!

Anyone hearing any rumors about the amount of people that are withdrawing their acceptances? I know its all speculation but I feel like thats the magical question at this stage of the process.
That is the elusive question at this point. At one point, Eubanks said 100 seats were typically declined but seems like nowadays, he's saying 1-50. Is the committee meeting today to discuss candidates who interviewed after we all got our NFA letters at the end of March/beginning of April? This week was the last week of interviews right?
Just sent in my very last letter to update my file/inform of my intent before the big meeting. Good luck to everybody. Crossing all the fingers and all the toes.
Snail mail, yes sir.Did you mail them an update?
Wait so can someone explain the important dates one more time from here on out? Basically we're all waitlisted right now right?
Tomorrow they will make the actual ranked wait list to pull people from after the double hold day happens. Right now, everyone is just NFAd. If my memory is correct, we will get letters if we makes the wait list. Some are rejected who don't make the wait list. Once the double hold date rolls around, the will send out the majority of acceptance letters around may 15. From there on out, it's a very slow trickle of acceptances. They will also reject a few people if they think the wait list is unrealistically long.
Why do they make this process so shrouded in mystery? You don't think they'll try to send out acceptance letters as soon as possible after the double hold date?Tomorrow they will make the actual ranked wait list to pull people from after the double hold day happens. Thank you so much!! And I'm assuming they're not gonna tell us where on the waitlist we are...

Last year people were informed of acceptances around May 6. I thought there was a chance we would hear something before the 15th..?
So is there a general consensus on when all current NFA'ers will receive a letter? I was under the impression that there was a meeting this week that would refill the class from those who dropped today and then the waitlist was made after filling those seats. May 15th sounds a little late...does it really take 2 weeks to refill the class from those who drop right before the drop date?
When is/are the meeting(s) in which our fate will be decided?
I think if you haven't been accepted by the 15th, you will get a letter saying waitlist/reject.
