Thanks bro... I just picked the first available on my thing which was January 5th. No clue if this is a good or bad thing. Any advice would be much appreciated.
 
For those who have interviewed, what did you all think about the school?
 
II, Complete mid July, OOS
 
Received interview invitation 10/3 for January 17, the only available slots for me were in January, kinda late in the game, but I'm very grateful to be considered by University of Toledo. Secondary was submitted 8/19, 63.5 LizzyM, OOS, pretty high MCAT and pretty low GPA
 
3 months with nothing.. Do you think it is worth updating since they are literally filling up interviews into January already?
 
I'm getting antsy...Do acceptances come out on Monday? I interviewed here back in early September.

It was MMI style with 10 stations, 8 stations had prompts and interviews and the other two stations were break stations. You had two minutes to read the prompt and then 6 minutes to respond. Usually the response would not take 6 minutes and you would be ask follow up questions. Also, there was a 5 min. break after the first 5 stations. Overall the day was good and not too long. Let me know if you have an specific questions and I would be happy to answer.
 
I interviewed September 12th and haven't heard yet. Fingers crossed!
 
Kind of late post, but I have an interview scheduled for jan 5th, it was the first day available. Hope it's not too late!

I know it's super weird that I took the time to figure this out but, according to previous years' Toledo application threads, the decisions have repeatedly come out on Wednesdays. So hopefully we will hear some news by tomorrow!

how long does it take for this school to respond after you submit your secondaries??
 
Has anyone heard from UToledo post-interview? I was told we would find out our acceptance status on October 17. Would it be a good idea to call and check? I don't want to pester the admissions staff, I just really want to know if I got in!

I was told the same thing when I called them last week. But I did not hear anything back yet.

Can any interviewees or current students comment on the number of IIs being extended? I'm wondering if it's a greater number than in past years now that Toledo has transitioned to the MMI format.

I tried calling, but I got voicemail both times. There's also no good way not to sound impatient through email. The Toledo MSAR page says they will notify applicants of a decision within 6 weeks of their interview.. but my 6 weeks was yesterday. They can't wait forever, but it will probably be another weekend of not knowing.

They told me during the interview that they planned to interview more than previous years. They said that this year they would interview between 500-600.

I am curious to how many II have been extended so far then if they are filling up spots in Jan/Feb...
