I got the email today about the secondary and all the stuff, but when I hit "Supplemental application" it says something along the lines of user not found

Do they send an additional email with the secondary? I got the app status email and can see the secondary application tab, but it just says "Could not find person information"


or do I pay the fee first??

Oh wow okay good to know. The admissions guy I talked to said 250, but 305 makes me feel better despite the 1000 interviews lol
 
Hi Everyone I have questions on the secondary application

1) What they are looking for the "(Optional) MD:Addtl Upload for Committees section"? Research paper? Other essay? or....?

2) On the secondary section, it shows ""Could not find person information". What should I do? Call them?

You should call the admissions office for help finding your information.

Congratulations!!

So is Wayne State only reviewing EDP applicants right now? Did anybody else who didn't apply to the EDP program get II or acceptances? My application has been under review the last 2 months.

No. Read back in the thread, lots of people have II's who aren't EDP. The admissions tracker says they've given out like 63 II'S.
 
And schools can't give out regular acceptances until October 15th. Wayne State's website says they start October 16th.

It was pretty nice! Pretty standard interview experience (interviews + tour), the schedule will change depending on whether you're morning or afternoon. Everyone is extremely nice, and they provide lunch. Be prepared for them to take your ID pictures, too!
 
On my interview date they said they would be releasing EDP decisions starting Sept 15 and regular applicants on Oct 16. Does that mean different interview dates had different decision release days, at least for EDP?? Congrats on the acceptance, that's awesome!

Pretty sure they said EDP will hear by 9/15 and everyone else will start hearing on 10/16.
 
Tracker says they've given out 63 II. Somehow that's hard to believe. I feel like I've seen numerous posts that they've received IIs and that's just here on SDN..

Yeah, I don't think they've updated it. It also says 0 completed interviews but I'm 100% sure they've at least completed 4.
 
I interviewed on August 7th which was the first interview date. I was told edp would find out by the end of August, or the latest being 9/8. I also know another edp applicant that was told we would know by labor day, but he hasn't gotten an acceptance or a waitlist email yet which I found odd. Maybe they don't release all edp decisions at once, but there were only 16 edps so I don't see why they wouldn't. Thanks for all the love everyone.
 
Any current med students that would let a potential future classmate (interviewee) stay the night on 9/10? I am happy to compensate, and contribute to your student loans instead of feeding into a corporate hotel industry. Please let me know, thanks.
 
Do I need to upload the proof of citizenship and those other files to complete my secondary app?

Did you get this figured out? I also have the same message and am waiting for a response from their "contact us."

My guess is they're not friendly towards reapplicants. I interviewed here last year too and got rejected. I got the secondary but haven't heard anything from them. Don't expect to either.
