yah dude really!
I'm not saying that being nervous and anxious about that email is not a natural thing, I felt the same way last year when I was waitlisted and then picked up in May. I have a roommate who got accepted a week before orientation, imagine how he must have been feeling!
I'm saying there are better places to vent. Friends, family, classmates, mentors, and pre-med advisors, some or all of these should be part of someone's support network. An online forum, not so much. This is the first of many stressors to come. If you're okay being surrounded by people who don't have constraint enough to channel their anxieties to positive coping mechanisms; if you value freaking out to random people on the internet instead of discussing issues with someone they have a personal connection with then

you and I have different priorities.
