Maybe I'm beating a dead horse here but I'm still concerned about not receiving the body fat percentage paperwork a couple people received last week. People have been saying they received an email from Dr. Green to complete a DA Form 5500 (for height and weight). To clarify, I'm on the primary waitlist and I have been medically qualified through DoDMERB (I can download the PDF saying so) but haven't received any additional info on submitting my height/weight. I just really want to make sure I'm not missing anything. It would be a shame to mess up the last step of the application process after such a long cycle. Here are a couple thoughts/questions while I wait to hear back from the commissioning coordinator...
1. Could this be a branch specific thing (like army and air force have you do this paperwork but not navy)?
2. I thought this information was recorded during the original DoDMERB physical?
3. Is this a sign of waitlist movement (maybe people who received this email are projected to come off the waitlist sooner than others)?
4. Is this something we need to organize and submit by ourselves? If so, do I go back to the same place I got my physical at?
Thanks in advance for any responses...
I believe this information was just sent to those of us who were marked high BMI. I was cleared by DoDMERB, but received this paperwork because I was "out of standard". If you weren't out of standard, chances are that you have nothing to worry about!
