They wait until summer and send an email saying “our class is complete” to everyone still waiting for news.

Doubt it, but no way we'd ever know for sure. From what I understand of their process, they keep a ranked list of interviewees. I'm assuming calls are made according to that, whether IS or OOS.

For everyone still waiting - my cycle I interviewed very early, then got accepted late March. Baylor sends majority of its decisions Feb-April so keep the faith!

I could be completely wrong, but I imagine that OOS and IS are ranked on the same list. And they just go down the list until the class is full (meeting the quotas for IS as well).

For in-state. Out of state it's historically been about 22%
