Yes, we think acceptances should all come out tomorrow morning/afternoon. It's likely that the acceptances this afternoon came too early and the bulk should come out tomorrow.

I know an MS1 student at Penn who was a student interviewer. He's telling me that he's heard nothing about decisions and he hasn't seen anything about decisions on the interviewer portal. I'm not convinced we're gonna hear anything today.

Med students at Penn don’t see anything about decisions on their portals and they aren’t told anything about decisions besides the fact that they are coming out “soon”

That may be true. His understanding, however, is that he falls more closely in the interviewer bucket than just the normal student bucket. He also claims that faculty and students should have the same information by default, but some faculty may have inside information if they know other faculty involved in admissions decision making.

Trust me, MS1s at Penn don’t have weight or influence beyond their interview eval of you. They are seen the same as we are, and they arent given any information because they aren’t trusted enough that they wouldn’t spill it before the official release date!

Yeah calls are going super slow. I was expecting a massive flurry of calls all within one or two hours, but calls from Penn are just slowly trickling out... I don't get it🤔
