Does anyone know why this school is unranked? Is that a bad thing for residencies?

Has anyone from the 12/13 interview or any other interviews close to it heard back yet? They said 4-6 weeks but I’m getting the feeling that’s not necessarily the case.

I'm interviewing Wednesday and have never had an MMI where I cant write things down! Im kinda psyching myself out. how do you keep track of your thoughts?!

Weird, when I interviewed back in November they specifically said we could not write notes down

Hello! Can anybody be kind enough to share if they were accepted even after botching up 1 or 2 of the MMIs? I definitely messed up badly on 2 MMI stations and I'm wondering if there is still any hope left for me? Anybody get accepted even though a few of their MMIs were bad!?! Thanks!

Hmmm what do you mean by botching? I bet you think you botched it and it wasn't even that bad anyway....

I interviewed here in September, was placed on Alternate List in the end of October, and haven't heard anything at all since then. I know they don't tell you where you are on the AL, but I was wondering around when I might hear an update on my application?
My interviewers told me probably April ish for a final decision 🤷‍♂️

I got in and one of my MMI stations was terrible. The interviewer straight up got pissed at me and interrupted me and I still got in

I have my interview tomorrow and haven’t received a zoom link via email yet. Should I reach out?

I got my agenda two days before I interviewed, but maybe they are just delayed? Make sure you check your spam first. Tara Mcdonald is in charge of that whole setup, so you would need to contact them for it. Also, it's going to be Webex, not zoom.

I’m interviewing tomorrow as well and received my email with links within the past hour. It was sent from Tara McDonald!

Hey y'all, I'm a first year here, would be glad to help answer questions anybody has regarding my experiences with the app process and life here at AMC.
Feel free to ask directly on here or shoot me a PM.

also I know how miserable the app process is as I applied 2x- keep your head up, everything will work out

Just an innocuous question but is Albany sending out more IIs this year than previous years? Seems like more iis being reported than ever! 😂😂

I interviewed in early January and I remember them saying they might release decisions in mid-February. They also said they might do so later in the cycle because they get backed up because of the holidays.

From what I gathered at my interview, they typically interview 700-750 people a year, and even though 14,000 people applied, that II number hasn't increased! From that info, she said that 300 acceptances go out per year to fill 100 spots

So like how many more interviews possible?

Just got an interview invite today! For those that interviewed here, after you filled out the interview form on the portal, did you receive any confirmation email or anything? Just want to make sure I didn't miss anything 🙂
No confirmation email! I got an email I think a day or two later with info about the orientation session (Tuesday of your interview week) and then got my interview day info on the day prior to the actual interview.
