When the cycle is over, most likely. When they conclude their interviews, everyone else will get an R.

Alternate list is for people who have already interviewed. It's like their version of a rolling admission list/delayed decision post-interview.

Director said that 80-90% of the class comes from AL, and it is a ranked AL.
