Have any accepted students also still not yet received the CORI email? I got the A last Friday but still haven't heard anything about the background checks and am wondering if I should reach out to them about this

Anyone have a guess on the % of interview spots yet to be sent out? How likely are the chances to get a interview at this point?

As a reapplicant, I just need one A... T_T

OOS A!

For those who got the A, is it binding once you click "I Accept Admission" or do you still have to commit to the school later once the AMCAS commit deadline hits? I saw that there is a 2-week period to "accept admission." Just wondering because I am fortunate enough to be in the position to still be waiting to hear back from other schools and do not want to commit to anything just yet.

It’s not binding! Accepting their offer is different from committing to enroll (I believe the deadline for that is in April). You can accept and hold as many offers as you want until the commit to enroll deadline

10/17 also. Reading last year's threads and seeing lucky people who interviewed around 10/16 and got the A on 10/20. Based on last year, it seems like there's a good amount going on during the first weeks of Nov and Dec (then off weeks for the holidays). However, someone got an A last year on 12/27. I guess be on the lookout this coming Friday and the one after that. Some people see an A in their portal before the email.

From a casual tally, looks like most A's come out on Fridays, then the next highest day is Monday, with an occasional Tues or Wed. Also, seems they aren't going chronologically by the interview date, it's based on when you're presented by your committee (and when each committee meets is dependent on coordinated schedules).
thank you for this :,) helped soothe my anxiety haha

Based on my own SDN experience last year (currently an MS1 here), it seemed like the adcoms sent acceptances in groups. For example, they'll send A's for a number of IS MDs, then for PURCH, then for OOS MD, etc.

You may or may not receive an email saying "you're under active consideration" 2 weeks after your interview. I considered that to be the equivalent of a waitlist in other schools, but instead of having to wait until May for waitlist movement, you can get an A or WL offer any time from now until May. By May, you should know if you have an A, a WL offer, or an R.

If you interviewed already but haven't heard back and are seeing your peers getting A's already, I wouldn't stress too much, but don't be surprised if you don't hear back until literally like April as it happened to a lot of people last year. If you get the "active consideration" (AC) email, treat it like a waitlist and send meaningful update letters.

Just received an email about a post-interview survey and that "You will be notified by email as soon as a decision has been made on your application"... but I received the A a while back?? Anyone else?

Same, since its a survey I'm hoping it's just that they sent it to everyone they interviewed
