On their website, they said the Plan to Enroll option opens up in February.
"Between Feb 19-April 30th applicants who have been admitted to Tufts University School of Medicine may select the ‘plan to enroll’ option. Until April 30th, applicants who choose the ‘plan to enroll’ option may continue to hold other acceptances, remain on waitlists, and continue to interview at other schools."

Edited: Just received another email instructing me to go to back to my secondary portal to accept the offer.

Looking at last year's thread and cycletrack, they basically ghost until late Jan/Feb, and then do waves of mass rejections. So doubt we'll be hearing anything besides IIs for awhile. The good news is that IIs last year came in strong till like Jan too and extended till early March, so there's still plenty of time for us 🙂
