Not sure about when they stop but they don’t accept any updates unfortunately, pre or post II :/

They usually have a massive R wave mid February and I think (based from previous years) that is their last R wave so most interviews, if not all, get sent out before that

Looking back I got my II on 12/12 which was a Tuesday, so I think no.

Do applicants get voted on during the admissions meeting right after their interview? For example is it possible to get accepted a week or two after interviewing?

I think theoretically yea you could be accepted a week or two after interviewing. Based on this thread, it seems like on average tho most people get a decision about a month after interviewing
