They did not mention anything about being full or waitlists

I also had my interview today and I loved the vibe!! There were a lot of people in the zoom I think >100 and they mentioned there would be acceptances so they definitely aren’t full yet. Wishing you all good luck!!

I believe they have close to four hundred fifty total seats they’re offering between the two campuses. They’re in no way “full” right now, and a decent number of people who have put deposits down will end up withdrawing their acceptances to go to other programs they’ve been waiting for. Don’t lose hope!

Had accepted Students Day at the Knox campus, they said there are over 300 students for the Knoxville campus alone. its going to be the biggest incoming class at Knox

So does that mean they won’t be accepting more students for that campus for the rest of the application season? 😅🫠 Knoxville is my preferred one. Submitted in February (late, I know) and waiting on II 😭

I choked during my interview because I was so nervous 🙁

I’m sorry to hear 🙁

Mine is 496 and like I took it twice first time was 494 and practice exams were higher but idk what happened to real one this is ****
mine was 494. Had a 493 before 🙁. My practice scores were higher too, and my real September mcat c/p was insane and made each section just fall like dominoes..

Definitely still accepting students for konx!! they just mentioned that is how big the class size will be, not that the class was full! I think there's still plenty of space

LMU does not have an minimum MCAT requirement, if you are comfortable could you speak about what might have went wrong in your interview?
so I literally got zero sleep the night before because I was so nervous, and it completely sabotaged my interview. I I think I sounded like an incoherent idiot because I couldn't think straight and was rambling..and my interviewer even asked why I was so nervous lol.

I was taken aback by how casual the interview was though. I prepared very personal answers about my story that I wanted to talk about, but didn't even get a chance to mention them.

I wasn’t able to attend. Any highlights?
Honestly not really anything crazy, but here are my takeaways: (for Knoxville)
- The building is nice and has a lot of updated technology, they have sim labs that represent inpatient and outpatient
-If you have below a 70%, you will be required to attend lecture in person
-There are about 6 people per cadaver, but there are 3 groups that rotate between the body, but only 6 at the same time
Not really sure what else I am missing, it was a nice location 🙂

I wonder if it was my interview or **** mcat score that got me rejected. Anyways...maybe it's for the best. Gonna focus on my retake and get ready to reapply everywhere.
You can call them and ask them. They don't feel bad about it. Also, it was just an experience, and you can do much better in the next cycle.

I am waiting to hear back on 3/17. My MCAT is 493, 3.4 GPA 3.3sGPA. I feel that I had a great interview, but now I am starting to get nervous especially since it is getting late in the cycle and my stats aren't too great. Looking at cycle track, I saw I that fit within the range for the GPAs, but I would be one point off from the lowest MCAT from an accepted student. Anyone who has been accepted with similar stats here?

When did you interview

Thank you!

Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back about which location you get once you pay the deposit ?

I just interviewed last Friday, and i have MCAT 497 with my lowest score being chem/phys at 16%, and a total GPA of 3.36. I got a bit nervous during the interview too, though we ended up just chatting about a bunch of non-medical school stuff. We'll see what happens 🤷‍♂️

Stay strong! Submit your request to stay on the alternate list and stay positive that May is going to be a wild ride for us.

If I was marked complete on 10/8, and have not heard back since, should I be concerned? Should I call or email them for an update or just keep waiting patiently? My mcat is also pretty low, similar to the range some of you discussed above, so not sure if that is an issue as well. Let me know any suggestions please!
