yeah lol i’m interviewing in march and 100% expecting a waitlist

Yes, there is a chance to get into this school regardless, the school still has a 93% post ii. A waitlist does not mean a rejection (and you can also just be accepted anyway)

yes, i have an A and multiple other interviews. ill be okay either way. not even sure i would choose LMU-DCOM after recent opinions on the school, but it's still in the running. i actually just got an email from them and got my interview dated moved up to end of february.

Youre fine then! I personally got a bad impression from the interview, it was set up worse than the other schools ive interviewed with (even carribean..) and 100 ppl is way too much for one interview session. I also think they should focus on making the knoxville campus better instead of making a third campus, but you can do the interview and form your own opinion!

I personally got a bad impression from the interview, it was set up worse than the other schools ive interviewed with (even carribean..) and 100 ppl is way too much for one interview session. i completely agree with the campus situation.... really comes off as greedy. gonna interview to see how it is regardless but yes, I'm totally fine and content regardless.

Nah you're fine! I got my call after my nap and I thought I was dreaming when I didn't see an email until a couple of days later haha

that’s not how a waitlist works. what you’re describing is a provisional acceptance

Some groups have heard back in two weeks, and others have heard back in three. It seems like the last few groups ended up waiting three weeks, most likely to get a better understanding of how many seats are available and who accepts/declines waitlist spots.

I wouldn't expect a waitlist, I would go in with the mindset that if there's 1 spot left that it will be yours. If you expect a waitlist you are shooting yourself in the foot before the interview even starts. There may be a lot of people but there is only one person who is you. My interview is next Friday and I am going in with optimism! Good luck to all of us!

From what I’ve heard they for sure call if you’re accepted and if you don’t pick up, they leave a voicemail stating that you’re accepted. The email usually comes a few days later. I’ve heard of people getting calls as late at five or six. Today is most likely the group from February seventh getting decisions. The February fourteenth group is most likely next week.

yeah nothing about "we're filled, only interviewing for WL" like in prior posts. not saying it's not the case, but they didn't mention anything about that or hint at all at it. they even stated that if you're accepted you will receive a call, which makes me think that there's a few spots left. but who knows.
