I had this issue and they emailed me to ask for the second science letter... fortunately I scrambled to get one, but my app completion date got pushed back due to this 🙁 so they might reach out to you!

Yes, from their website “We strongly advise that you apply and complete the supplemental application early. The earlier your application is complete, the earlier we can review your file. That includes CASPer”
I think they prioritize higher stats first

I got mine over two weeks after I submitted my secondary, and I submitted mine on 6/27

I’m sure it wasn’t intended this way but PSA that just because you are high-stat doesn’t mean you should expect an interview from somewhere!
You were the first without an II to report an LM. Without communication from a school (II, WL, R, A, etc) there isn't really a point to be listing your LM and it can just come off as stat bragging. I am sure that wasn't the point, but also no reason to clutter these threads unless its a question or school update.
how strong are your other letters? I feel like this delay could hurt you more than a generic letter, but if you think it would be drastically better than your other LORs, I'd wait, but that's just what I'd do

I think they would want a letter from a professor that taught one of your Neuro upper divs ex. Developmental Neuroscience, Cognitive Neuroscience, etc.

Yeah I got an email the next day after I booked mine, it had the date and then like a breakdown of what the day would consist of. They also wanted a picture and some forms filled out.

Did you receive a confirmation email that you were complete after this? I had the same email from them and said to proceed with only 1 science letter. They didn't respond to that email or send a confirmation yet.
If you recall your interview, were there any aspects that really threw you off/were unexpected? or would you say it was a pretty straightforward format
From what I remember of our MMI, it was super straightforward.

You need to send them an email so they can forward you the link for the secondary - apparently AMCAS was experiencing trouble with their email system on 8/5
It looks like since you took graduate courses they require it, so wait for the graduate letter. If you tell them it's complete without the graduate letter they might not offer you an interview since they are asking for it.
