Zenge, any explanation for the sudden switch?

The Pippy wagon had disintegrated. I knew I wasn’t going to get the flip I wanted. Of all the options Genny seemed viable. Dubz is good at reading Genny and part of me felt like she was trying to pocket me when she agreed with my Samac read. Of all the options, it seemed like the best.

Btw I found a loophole on either Delta or AA for free Wifi that worked a few years ago... I just chose the "Free texting" and then browsing worked, including SDN. I felt like a rebel.

I don't like the Day 1 Alley vote at all. That sucks. I can relate to coming back and leading the vote and you're like "wtf"

Okay, my thoughts thus far...

Agreed that it's weird Strog's long post never manifested... then again, I get being busy. It doesn't help that strog was in the lead for a good while yesterday before the vote petered out. It seems a little strange, but then again, the flip happening the way it did means that we'd be looking at some combination of mkg, vis, and/or lawpy as co-wolves going for the last-minute defense, and I'm not sure if I buy that yet either. I feel like mkg would be most suspicious of the three since she created the possibility for a change in leader by creating a tie and strog could switch it over with a self-prez vote.


I'm a little curious about samac's fixation on determining others' reliability on flips of who they voted for. It makes sense if the person flips wolf, but it also seems like flipping village wouldn't give much in the way of additional info... I don't think it's a wolfy thing to say necessarily, just a little strange to yeet someone due to suspicion of someone else imo.


This (and the whole post) feels like a bit of an overreaction given when it happened, especially considering that Pippy wasn't really ever on the chopping block yesterday. I'm honestly not opposed to a Pippy yeet since there've been a few things pinging me there, even if they're not highest on my suspicions currently.


Again, this makes a lot of sense to me, which makes me tempted to take my vote off of vis. Not sure where I'd place it, though - I'm also suspicious of vmh and a few others (mkg, bob), but I'm wary of tying things up close to deadline or causing some last-minute chaos like yesterday.


This is definitely weird. Why write so much/probe others while skipping out on your own reasoning? I honestly don't care about who the vote is for as much as that aspect of things.

So I came up with my own MKG/Lawpy as w/w. It was why I voted MKG D1(no content, Lawpy argument seemed manufactured, clapbacks w/o bite, and laissez faire vote on MKG). Sure enough, Lawpy jumped off vote of potential packmate. People were sus of Lawpy then gave a pass on D2 which seemed odd. Tried to vote Lawpy to see what would come of it, put pressure, see how MKG would react to possible packmate vote. I assumed MKG would jump on for revenge at least unless packmate. Not much came of it... but it sounded like a good plan in my head.

I was on page 4 of the thread with a few minutes left to vote. What choice did i have? I did NOT want to jump on a bandwagon and get someone potentially innocent killed. So I chose to vote for someone not even close to leading and explicitly say as much.

That being said, I did like Zenge's logic about Samac and Pippy if i remember my reads from yesterday.

And I wasn't fond of samac's abrupt vote change either, so I'm fine in hindsight with casting a vote for samac, with respect.
