I’m having trouble picking between William- Carey (DO) and Meharry Medical College (MD).

WCUCOM PROS:
Cheaper tuition
Lower cost of living in Hattiesburg, MS
Attendance isn’t mandatory
P/F

Meharry PROS:
MD Program
More connections because I did a post- bacc here
Only required to take STEP instead of COMPLEX + STEP

Why is P/F a pro? My concern is with P/F from a DO school is increased difficulty matching into competitive residency, but I could be wrong.
