I've been accepted into both Stanford and UCLA. However, I was offered the David Geffen Scholarship at UCLA so I would graduate with zero debt. I would still get some financial aid from Stanford, but not a full ride. It's a really tough decision and I'd like to hear people's thoughts on it.

Wow, congratulations!

How much is Stanford giving you? Do you have a location preference? Do you have interests outside of medicine (i.e. business, biotech) that would make Stanford a better fit?
Stanford is less than an hour drive from where I live

UCLA. Follow the money, especially when it's coming from a school like that.

But yeah, try to see if Stanford can up the aid when you get your package.

I would choose Stanford if it wasn't a ton of debt. Really look at the numbers. Think about where you'll be happiest and how much that is worth to you. Congrats on some fantastic options though!
