When did your August 15th MCAT score get uploaded into their system or did it go directly from MCAT hold to secondary approved?

I dont know when my MCAT scores were uploaded in their system specifically, but my status changed today from MCAT hold to secondary approval 🙂 Has your status not changed 4Health?

Oh man...my secondary response for the "what impact have you had on others" was so crappy and last-minute...submitted just a bit past midnight of the three week deadline. I seriously could not think of anything for that and panicked at 12:05 am and just banged out three or so sentences of the first thing that came into my head...perhaps Wake Forest is not a good fit for me. 🙁

"Your AMCAS application is under review. When the review is complete, you will be sent an e-mail notification of your status."

I don't know what to think. Hoping that I would get a secondary like trojanMD. Didn't your status change at all 4Health ?

When I received this message it was only about four days until I actually received the supplementary link.

"Your AMCAS application is under review. When the review is complete, you will be sent an e-mail notification of your status."

I don't know what to think. Hoping that I would get a secondary like trojanMD. Didn't your status change at all 4Health ?

can anyone call and verify that the adcom meets on October 8th?! i could have sworn that this is what they told us when i interviewed recently. now i called them and they said the next meeting is october 22!!!!

Try again, it does that sometimes due to a glitch in the software. It has nothing to do with your application status.

I never had an MCAT hold pre-secondary -- you might want to contact the school about that. Perhaps they think you're retaking the MCAT or something...

It was because I took the MCAT in August and they didn't upload my score into their system until very recently.

I had a presecondary hold because they were waiting for my MCAT score. I think they receive the scores about 2-3 weeks after the scores are actually released, or it takes them that long to upload them. But if you are really concerned you should call them. It tooks about three weeks for me.

Looks like people from the last adcom meeting on 9/24 had their status changed online the afternoon/evening of the adcom meeting day. Hopefully we should find out sometime today 🙂

I've been "granted" a secondary, but I haven't actually received it yet. My status changed last Friday I think.

just mustered up the balls to call them. they told me that everyoen who as interviewed up until last friday will be looked at tonight and we will hear back within a week or two. GOD IM SO NERVOUS

Based on last year and the one adcom meeting this year, you will probably hear back on Monday. They don't send out the e-mail until 5 p.m. EST it seems, however your status page is updated a bit sooner.

You access it online: its a website you fill out and submit electronically.

But it still takes them forever to process it! Ugh!

Yea I thought I did well on the interviews, someone that interviewed with me said that they saw one interview mark me down as a "1," which is supposedly the highest... so I'm staying optimistic, but I just have to wait and see (unfortunately).

I was when I found out... They said a third of their class last year came off the waitlist though, so there's still hope!

I had a question though..how is it that you know you're on the waitlist already? I thought schools weren't allowed to release their decisions until 10/15 or 10/16...or is Wake just a bunch of rebels like that?

FYI when the first round of decisions came out for WF, I found out about if from the status page around 3:30 (CST) the Monday after my ADCOM meeting. I later received an e-mail from them aroun 5:00 (CST). Good luck to all...especially me! lol 😀

I just received notification of acceptance. No email or anything, I just checked the status page a few minutes ago. I interviewed Oct 1st, so if you interviewed before October 8th I'd go check.

But if you dont mind my asking, what exactly did the notification say? Also, I intereviewed on October 3rd, but they told us at the meeting that the adcom wont be meeting until the 22nd...did they tell you guys the same thing also?
