I'm sure if you guys called ahead they'd be able to arrange something, particularly if it was a group of people at the same time. Regardless, there are interviews Monday and Friday and I'm sure someone would be willing to give you guys a tour then.
As for class schedule, we basically do anatomy/histology and a little bit of cell bio/embryology the first 8 weeks of school (3 anatomy exams, 2 histo, 1 cell bio), then it's 4 weeks of Biochem/Genetics (2 exams), 6 weeks of microbiology/immunology (2 exams), and 4 weeks of physiology/pharmacology (2 exams). That takes you through to about a month into second semester at which point it's organ modules till the end of second year with some PBL sprinkled in (minimal compared to boca, maybe like 2 2 week sessions of pure PBL).
Generally up to 4 or 5 classes a day M W F, 2 or 3 Tues/Thurs. Physical exam training or something else is either Tuesday or Thursday afternoon (never both), depending on your society.
Almost all classes are recorded (morning lectures usually up by 1, afternoon lectures by 4 or 5). There's definitely not the same faculty to student ratio that there is at the Boca campus, but trust me the place is big enough that if you want a mentor you can find one 😉.
