Rejected. Kind of surprised actually. I was complete 9/22.

So was I, but you really shouldn't be surprised. If you're not invited for an interview within 3 weeks of submission(unless you submitted before they started sending out invites), you're rejected.

That's true though I submitted about 4-5 weeks ago so it wasn't like I was that much over. I wonder how many interview slots are left in any case.

I think I'll be sane unless I see an email from UPitt, thinking it's an admissions email, and it says "The admissions committee has decided to postpone decisions until the first week in December"

if you were the adcom, would you release decisions on the day that would allow you to field the least amount of calls from the awaiting applicants? thats what i would do. im guessing thursday or friday. theres a pens game on thursday night.

Not sure exactly which dates, but I'm guessing around anything before 4 weeks prior. It says 8 weeks from interview date on the status page, but I remember something about 4 on interview day. Sorry I can't be more precise!

i'm really not guys. i'd rather not say exactly when i interviewed, but it was later than 9/18.

I was complete at the end of July and I have not heard about an interview yet. I just checked and it doesn't say anything about a rejection. I know my chances are slim, or maybe nothing at all by now, but I'm still hoping.
