I'm living in Lexington at breckenridge court. Its not bad here, and there are TONS of places around mostly young families/grad student types. Not too far from campus.

I talked to my interviewer at UK who is also on the admissions council and he had originally told me I had a really good chance off the Alt list (considerably better than 50/50) but obviously couldn't tell me my exact position. Talked to him again recently and he said very little chance at this point. My re-application will be sent this week. Hope he's wrong but I'm preparing for plan B, reapply as an EDA. Not making the same mistake of late application, late interview. UK is the place for me.

Hey congrats. I called them last week and heard that no one is holding multiple acceptances and all international students have their i20's. They said there may be some movement but chances are really low at this point. So good luck to the rest of us waiting and my sincerest congrats! It must have been a excruciating wait - but it paid off 😀.

Has anyone heard any more news yet? I can't help but to get the feeling that this year's cycle is complete.
Just got my rejection letter in the mail today. Congrats to all of you who made it in and I wish you a great year. I have my early decision interview this month and have high hopes for 2013! Please PM me if you'd like to keep in touch as I will have lots of question about the first year!
