I got some help from others. I thought I could contribute some when it is my turn. Hope it would be helpful to someone in the future.
The people are really nice and friendly, even people beyond school in airport, hotel, etc. As someone who came to the TC for the first time, I was impressed. Another interesting thing I found out, when I asked faculty what their favorite things about the school, they always said people. People are competitive but supportive. On the other hand, medical students would say the program. It's interesting to see how faculty and students have different views, probably related to the stage in their life. People really like their school, but they didn't exaggerate or pretend. You can feel they are really down to earth.
You will learn a lot about the school during the presentation in the morning. That's good arrangement b/c you have things to talk about in the interview. What I heard most are the various opportunities open to medical students in the area and pre-clinical experience. B/c UMN is the only school in TC area, most hospitals/programs are open to medical students, i.e. rotations/research/community service etc. Also M1 get in contact with patients, which is pretty cool.
In terms of interview, the advice I received is to get to know myself. I think it's really helpful. I feel more confident when I walk in, b/c I know my stuff. My interviews were really laid-back. I didn't have a single hard question. I didn't get asked healthcare, ethics, etc. But I heard people were asked more difficult questions. I think SDN interview survey should cover a pretty good amount of questions.
