This needs some clarification, and I hope that for everyone's sanity, people review the posts in this thread before panicking!
"Final decision" just means that your application has been scored. It does NOT mean an action of accept, reject, waitlist, etc has been made. This score, is basically a ranking - and at each ADCOM meeting, the top 20 ranked applicants receive an acceptance. So, if you haven't heard anything, it means you are somewhere on the list beneath the top 20 who were accepted tonight. If your score is 21 or 33, and no one else has a higher score than you from subsequent interviews from hereonout, then you'll get an acceptance on the next ADCOM date.
