I got the decision status on 12/5 (saw that it was updated on Saturday, 12/6) and still haven't received a letter - I figure it's just caught up in the holiday mail somewhere and/or they sent it out later than expected.
 
Hey can anyone give me a break down of how Drexel works. I was one of the unfortunate ones who got the secondary way late even though submitted AMCAS Jun 3rd. I completed the secondary ASAP and turned it in. Once I get through like the 8 links and login credentials to check my status all it says is "No decision is currently available. Please continue checking this website for updates" .

Does this turn into anything? I am really confused and emailing Drexel doesn't seem to really do any thing

Continue checking your status page. Sooner or later it will change to "complete", then it will either become an invitation to interview or a hold status.

Sounds good. Thanks. I take it "complete" means that they have looked through the secondary? Do they not do pre-interview rejections?

I think "complete" is just their way of noting to you that they have all the necessary materials to do a thorough review of your file. In terms of pre-interview rejections, I have no clue. I don't believe anyone has mentioned being rejected pre-interview on here; it's been a solid mixture of invitations to interview, holds, and total silence.
 
I interviewed on Nov. 4th, and yet the portal still says the "interview has been scheduled" thing. It has almost been 2 months. Is there anyone else that is in/was in my position? I think I might call them after Jan.. 4th. I really hope they haven't forgotten about me! Any advice?
 
it's 8 weeks since my interview and my status has finally changed to "under review by a member of the admissions committee"

at least they didn't forget me...
 
I interviewed back in the end of October, and my status changed to from to "interview scheduled" to "under review by adcom member" to "under review by the adcom" in about a 5 week span.

I have yet to reach a decision reached status. Anyone else in the same boat? I might give them a call, but I don't want to pester them.

It'll change in due time, be patient.
 
Interviewed 10/30, status changed to "committee has made a decision" today.

+1. I figured I wasted money applying here and calling them wouldn't solve anything so I've given up lol

For those who are at Drexel, do you know how impacted it is to finish your third and fourth year in California?
 
Pre-Interview Hold. Complete late Oct. Hoping they re-evaluate later and give me a chance!

Congrats!! Do you happen to remember how long it took for your portal to change from "being reviewed by the committee" to "decision made"? I know it's different for everyone, but just trying to get an estimate. Thanks!
 
I was complete in September and still my file is complete and will be reviewed.. Do you guys think I should call to see what's up?

Around 5ish weeks - I interviewed end of October, it changed within the next week to being under review, and changed to decision made on 12/5.

Maybe I'm just being negative, but they receive SO many applications a year that at this point in the game I'm not expecting anything from being placed on hold. I'm sure it's possible, but probably tough

Rejected Post Interview.
Interviewed late October, got my letter a week after my decision was made. I gotta say I am shocked, my interview went super well, and I got waitlisted last year. I wasnt expecting a straight rejection like this. Kind of at a loss of what to do since Drexel was my last shot.

I'm really sorry to hear that! Perhaps you could shoot either your interviewer or Mr. Johnson an email asking what happened? Maybe they didn't like something specific?

Yea, I emailed the Director of Admissions asking for feedback on my app. Thank you for the advice.
