This may be a long shot, but does anyone have an interview on October 14th and planning on rescheduling??
I can schedule for the 21st/28th, but will be home for fall break on the 14th instead of 5 hours away at school!

Hey, log into the Temple portal, then go to the "home" tab, then you will find the "student host list" link on the lower right corner. 🙂

Thanks! But I did not see the "student host link" under the "home" tab (only "Hotel and Travel Link" and "Map of Campus"). Could it be that no student is available to host on my day or for interviews at St. Luke?

Ahhh! Maybe it is because your interview is indeed at St. Luke's. Did you choose to interview there?

I am interviewing at St. Luke's on the 14th. How about you?
 
So how ghetto is the area around this school? I'm getting into town kinda late...
 
Interviewing on Dec 2nd @ St. Luke's in Bethlehem! OOS ... oh and I'll probably hit up the Sands afterwards haha!

5 hours is an easy morning drive...you'll still have a coffee buzz by the time you arrive! That Chipotle deal is pretty nice. (This coming from someone in the Pacific Northwest, where driving 6.5 hours to the nearest big city is common)
 
II! Complete late August. By the way, does anyone have suggestions for which hotels to stay at? I'm looking at the Conwell Inn and thinking of taxing to and from the medical school from there.

The Conwell Inn is supposed to be pretty nice - I've never seen it but I walked by it all the time when I went to undergrad there. Taking a taxi probably wouldn't cost too much but the subway would be super cheap and super easy - costs $3.60 round trip, takes about 8 minutes with no transfers and there are subway stops only two blocks away from both the Conwell Inn and the med school. Just something to think about 🙂

I have my interview at Temple tomorrow! First one, definitely feeling nervous/excited..

They're just going to talk to you more about the minority programs at Temple. I thought it was very relaxed-mostly casual questions. You'll be fine 8)
 
How long does it taketo show your application as completed after you submit the secondary? Mine is taking quite a long time..
 
So my status went from under review to back to verified by AMCAS. I am a bit confused and concerned. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I contact their office?
 
I'm not sure if this has been asked before…but is Temple receptive to "in the area" emails/calls?

I think whatever you upload on the portal will just be added to your file.
 
So if past years are any indication, we'll find out our decisions on 10/16 via email rather than 10/15? One extra day of waiting may kill me...
 
I had a status change on the portal saying invited to interview but no official email correspondence yet. The website says i can only schedule the interview after official correspondence has been emailed. Has this happened to anyone else?
I was completed 8/13, OOS, LizzyM ~72

FYI this resulted in an actual II. So for all those as obsessive as me, my status changed on the portal about 48 hours before they emailed me!
