Exactly! Now they need to catch up! Anyone who returned in the first 48 hrs. gets an automatic II. 😉Well hey! Look how long it took to send secondaries?

I predict September 11 with a 14% chance of thunderstorms.OK so my II guess date for Mayo has come and gone so I'm going to play here now. I predict the first II will come out on 8/18. Wouldn't that be cool?
+1"Dear Lafffercurves,
Thank you for completing your secondary materials for the University of Utah School of Medicine. You will be contacted in 4 to 6 weeks regarding the status of your application for our school.
We thank you for your patience as we process your application."

ferris bueller's day off???Your name says laffercurves on your secondary application? 😉
Uggghh... Seriously? I had to do the same thing.Word of advice- I was wondering why I wasn't getting one of those cool completion emails and I just figured it out tonight. Once your letters have been received, you have to go back to your secondary application and at the top left select "submit forms." Your application will remain incomplete until then so make sure you take care of this step!
Yeah I'm glad I caught it, otherwise I would have been waiting a while longer wondering what was going on.Uggghh... Seriously? I had to do the same thing.
That is terrible. The fact they do that is ludicrous. LOOK AT THE AMCAS APP & CALL THE SUPERVISOR TO CONFIRM LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.Oh my ugh. Apparently one of my letters doesn't describe my activity adequately so now I have to hope my letter writer can send in an updated letter. This was my slowest letter. It took her two months. I just emailed her. Hopefully she can do it today.

Are you still required to meet the deadline? I would hope they have something in place to allow for an extension.Oh my ugh. I received this email on Aug 11:Has anyone received a "complete" email? If so, what was the date your last letter was received and the date of the email?
Thank you! I appreciate you taking the time to share this information. Looks like I should wait a couple more days before bugging the admissions office again.I received this email on Aug 11:

Just found out it's because my non science GPA is apparently a 3.18 (I had it calculated at 3.21), whereas my overall is 3.39, science 3.65. So... Yeah. How is that even possible? Were you below any minimums? Not at 5 above average?
Very sorry to hear this man 🙁 Good luck with your other schools!Rejected this morning 🙁

Where did you hear that?I heard a rumor that interview will begin in early September. How have you guys been prepping for interviews?
A physician who is involved with admissions at the U.Where did you hear that?
That is exciting! And only about three weeks away. I wonder when the invites will come out if they want to interview in just three weeks.A physician who is involved with admissions at the U.

Nope. Make sure you hit the submit button on the top left.Did anyone else, who was under the impression that they had submitted (and complete), get a secondary app reminder this morning?

You can try calling the admissions office. They are very helpful. I am curious what they say! Let us know. Thanks, but I did submit it a while ago and it has been marked as submitted on their portal since.
Anyone else get this? It was sent out at midnight, so it looks like it might be an automatic e-mail alert.

I know you've rectified this already, but I got the same email today and I subsequently received another email today saying that my secondary has been submitted and that they will get back to me in 4-6 weeks.Did anyone else, who was under the impression that they had submitted (and complete), get a secondary app reminder this morning?
Took a day for mine. How long did it take for your payment to change to "complete"? I just paid and would like to submit but it's still incomplete....
