I'm interviewing tomorrow and I was wondering if there's any point during MMI at which questions about your application come up -- basically are there ever any traditional interview questions that come up as a part of this process?

Does anyone know how many acceptances SUNY Upstate gives out for their class? MSAR has the matriculated number for interviews, but SUNY's numbers are not in US News Grad report. I'm interested in knowing what your chances are after interview.

wow... those are good odds considering they interviewed around 743 (60.5%) last year (according to MSAR)
For a NY resident, yes. I would be wary about using those numbers for OOS/International applicants.
I thought the same as an OOS but at my interview I asked the assistant dean what their selection was for OOS after the interview and I was told that the OOS screening is done before the interview and if you receive a II you have an equal shot as an IS applicant.
Also, does anyone know what time they said they would send out decisions tomorrow?
They didn't say what time on my interview day, but looking at posts from previous years shows they started sending them out at 9:30 am and continued throughout the day. Some people don't hear for a few more weeks though.

I am international - the stats are clearly even better (14 interviewed, 6 matriculated), but yes in principle I agree.
I was trying to access my MSAR for a refresher on OOS but its glitching out for me. 🙁

I knew it was a single-digit number but I didn't remember the II total, Thank you! I wonder if they sent out 50 and due to cost / location / other options they floated away elsewhere?

When did you interview? I interviewed in mid-September and the admissions officer told us we will almost definitely hear back within a week from today so I would say there is a good chance of hearing back today 🙂 But if not it should be sooner rather than later!
I also interviewed 'mid-Sept', but an admissions officer said today. Grrr
Same... Man the waiting is killing me. I really hope we hear back today :|
