Hang in there everyone!
I remember when I got accepted, phone calls had being going out for hours and hours. I felt really demoralized before getting my call around 7pm. Some people didn't hear until the next day. Some stragglers got their notice days later.

So my point is, don't let the stress of these acceptances prevent you from doing other things with your day. Keep your phone on you and go do something else with your life for a bit. Qué será será.

I think it's because each interviewer calling about acceptances will probably do them all at once when he has time during the day, so if you know that your interviewer has called someone else about an acceptance, you can kinda find out what your own fate is (ie if you don't get a call, you know it's a WL/R).

Edit: buut then again, the interviewer might just be doing calls sporadically if he has a busy day

2 becomes more significant when you take into account that only ~14 people reported acceptance calls at the time they happened last year...

i'd say the people on sdn are above the applicant average, so you may be underestimating it by a little
