I was just being salty that it told me to go out of my comfort zone and work with patients from diverse backgrounds when that's what a majority of my app was, but it was pretty standard

I know it's disappointing but cheer up! Rochester is highly selective with a very small class size. I'm sure everyone that was rejected today are highly capable candidates who will receive good news soon 😉. Still early in the cycle!

There are a few from June and August as well so that might very well be the case.

@ek999 considering that only a fraction of people actually post on SDN, and there were about 50 people saying that they got a rejection, I would imagine at least 500+ rejections sent out today. Probably a whole "maybe" pile, or something like that
