If I was completed late July and I still haven’t heard anything, is that a bad sign?

I’m in a similar boat as you. I know it doesn’t help much to be told to wait but ECU really likes seeing a large majority of applicants so they can craft their class well. I would imagine we might see some movement in later November/early December once they have interviewed a statistical majority of their interviewees and presented them to the admissions committee.

As of November 15, 2018 we have .....
  • Received 1074 AMCAS applications
  • Received 955 Supplementary applications
  • Interviewed 313 applicants
  • Made 19 offers
    (Generally it takes 120-135 offers to fill a class)
Looks like they accepted four more people this week.

Don’t feel too bad. I interviewed at Brody last year, didn’t get in. They told me if I worked on some things, they could see me getting accepted there. I thought I improved what they told me to, have been complete since July, and still silence.

Thanks! Hope the cycle works out for you man. I really don't understand why I can't get an II here. The only advice I got was to apply earlier which I did this time.

Any one from October 10th interview heard anything?
 
I interviewed the first week of Oct and was accepted 7 weeks later
 
Has anyone received a rejection letter? I submitted the secondary application early September, but haven't gotten an interview yet.

  • Made 36 offers
    (Generally it takes 120-135 offers to fill a class)

Waiting as well, from previous years it looks like they give interviews in January and early February (seen from last years posts)

Wondering the same thing. Has anyone gotten rejected pre-II?
 
Rejected on 12/5 interviewed on 10/10. LM 69

Sorry if this has already been asked, but do they release in waves (i.e. once per month ish) or is it truly random?

I believe they release it in waves a few days after the 1st and the 15th of every month (dates when the committee meets).
 
Those of you that have been accepted, was the portal updated to show your acceptance, or did you only receive an acceptance email?
