Been there, keep at it. Get feedback in person if you can and also by email in writing. Take what they say and apply it, but also do some other stuff that gets you out of your comfort zone. Don't let yourself get complacent with the prospect of getting into other medical schools; continue to actively work towards improving your application for next cycle. Getting rejected this early gives you a huge advantage. Feeling that sting early on gives you more time to realize your flaws and address them.
