No tips, but are you interviewing today? I spoke with an employee in the SOM and they told me the first round of interviews were today. If so, good luck!

Are the first rounds of interviews normally for the superstars (3.80+, 515+, cured cancer, etc.)?

As an in-state applicant with stats similar to their matriculation stats, I’m a liiiiiiitle offended I haven’t gotten an invite yet.

I can tell you I applied last year and this with essentially the same app and timing, Sept interview this year and February last year.

Just for OOS people, I applied to the MD/MPH and was marked complete on the portal within 3 days this past week, so I think they do consider MD/MPH in separate piles even though you have to be accepted to both programs independently.

LM score of 74, reapplicant to OHSU. I haven't seen much movement on this thread so far, so I think it's still quite early in the cycle to worry. They had multiple interview dates available in October, so there will be many more II to come. Good luck!!
