This information is available to all who look for it, and has been featured many times on the TMDSAS and THES pages.
The way to read this graph: 29% of the interviews go to those who submitted their primary app in May, 38% to those who submitted in June, and so on.

This is the big leagues now, it's important to know what you're doing and learn the system.
It's not like college apps when you could turn in your app in a panic on the deadline day and everything would turn out okay.

Wysdoc

p.s. I'll preempt the first person who is going to say "but everything's different this year because of the pandemic." Not really. You could still have submitted your primary early while waiting for an MCAT score if necessary.
Fortunately I submitted my primary in mid June, so I guess I'm not quite as late as a I thought. However I was a bit blindsided by the 6-7 week verification time

Same, submitted in June, transmitted in Aug, so I think the pandemic did contribute with the increased verification time if we are really looking at the big picture

Yes, the 15% increase in applications plus TMDSAS staff working remotely did make the verification queue longer, but this affected all of you equally this app season.

anybody 100% sure is going to UTMB and shall we start a FB group for our class?
Does having a December interview count as being 100% sure I'm going to UTMB? Or am I being overly optimistic?

I don't know how many prematches they send out and what % they are accepting from each interview date but would very much like to be able to see you next July so good luck 🙂
Ok but what if my interview was December 2019? What are my odds?

Anyone interviewed in sept. and still hasn't received the thank you letter in the mail? just curious

Accepted! IS, LM73, interviewed 11/04, got the email around 2:30pm today!
Just making sure, if I "accept the offer of admission" it isn't binding right?
correct - since you have this school as a pre-match offer you will get it if you rank it #1 in the Match.
If you have other interviews by then, rank them in any order you like best..

if I interviewed on the same day as some of the accepted applicants but did NOT receive a prematc yet, does that mean I am likely going to be WL or R?

No, there is still time to receive a prematch until Jan. 31st, 2021 or receive an acceptance on match day next March. Not receiving a prematch on what appears to be the first available opportunity for your interview date cohort does not mean a WL or R outcome at UTMB. Just means you’ll have to wait a bit longer

Did anyone who interviewed on 10/09 receive a pre-match? I have seen people receiving pre-matches after that date but haven't seen someone from 10/09 yet. Can someone please let me know if u did?

If people matched after you they probably have you at a lower ranking. I interviewed in September but haven’t heard exactly from my date post on sdn either, so I feel ya.

All we can do is wait.
Same, I’m eagerly waiting on an answer from UTMB!!! I interviewed 9/11 but Idk if anyone got acceptances yet from my date

Yeah, I interviewed that day as well and am still waiting. But I know for sure that some other 9/11 interviews did receive a prematch already.

Hey guys! I interviewed last week, OOS. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to OOS applicants? Any idea when I could expect a decision?

Did anyone who prematched receive an official letter in the mail? The website seems to say I should have received one, but it’s been 2 weeks since I prematched

For anyone set on UTMB or planning on ranking UTMB high, would you mind sharing what really excites you about the school? I'm very tied between UTMB and TAMU and would love some perspective on UTMB because I am slightly leaning toward UTMB! I understand it's a very personal decision but I think some external perspective can help!
