“Leadership experience”
Actually I really enjoyed interview day. Wasn’t super stressful and the interviewers were pretty laid back. Made it easy to answer questions
And for reference their MBS program is even newer than the MD program. The school is definitely new and working through kinks so I would give them some slack, I don’t think they are being shady. The campus is extremely nice, the facilities are amazing, and the student body is very accepting. The professors are hit or miss, I think they are still looking to find the best available. So far I’ve noticed they promise a little more than they deliver, but I don’t think with bad intentions. The school will be a powerhouse in the next 10-20 cycles for location and quality of the campus, but for now it’s definitely just getting it’s footing.

I heard back 18 days after the interview, they told me around 2 weeks. For the wait list however they start pulling people off in early March and can accept through June

The match hasnt happened yet except for optho, urology and military. not sure if any of their graduating class went into those specialties. The actual match doesnt happen until march 18th
Do you have a plan on submitting an update letter? When is the appropriate time to send one, I just got waitlisted earlier this week as well and I am unsure of when I should reach out to show my interest.
I got noticed of my interview via email! The interview was fully online and was split into a few portions: information about curriculum, a mock PLB (mine PBL was led by a current student. It seemed to be a way for us to get an example of what to expect if chosen as a student), and then MMI. They were managed by the admin who split us up into breakout rooms for the latter two parts and was very low stress!
Honestly I’m not sure, I don’t have much of an update myself to send them. I would probably wait a couple more weeks if you were going to express your interest again. I did however send Jamie Reid a thank you email

No I didn’t, and I didn’t get to choose the date, they gave me one.

Any other accepted students think it’s low key crazy they haven’t created any sort of accepted students group chat or Facebook page this late into the application cycle? I’m about to commit to another school due to the fact I got a roomate already lined up. @Nova admissions if you’re reading this, do something…

Seems like their match day results were pretty solid
Can you link/pm their match list I can't seem to find it? Really interested to see how their first class matched.
Idk if they have posted it I just watched their Instagram stories on Friday so I didn’t see a full list or anything

Can anyone share some info on the MMI part of the interview ? (How many sessions, how long each session is, how much time prior to session begins to consider question)
I'd assume that it would be next week or something?
If you have enough time, I would google "MMI questions". There are model answers and a lot of questions available online. You'd realize that most of them are very similar to each other

Interviewed and WLd, have not received this
I believe it is related to submitting your fafsa to the school. I received this email in November shortly after submitting fafsa, but wasn’t invited for an interview until recently.

Definitely. The post interview acceptance rate is 51%. With a class size of 50 and the fact they interview roughly 300-400 people per cycle, there is extreme WL movement
